Have you ever wondered why we have a cancellation policy?

What’s it for, and why is it so important? Well, I am here to answer a few of those questions….



Not all salons are the same, but for us here, stylists/nail artists/estheticians work off commission. The specialists' wages are based on how much time they spend working to make that $Cha-Ching$! We ask that you give us a grace period of AT LEAST 24 hours from the start of your appointment to let us know that you need a new time!

That 24 hours gives us a day to maximize everyone’s schedule.


Some businesses charge for your full scheduled appointment. Here at Pin-Up Curls, we are only asking for 25$ to be paid at the next scheduled appointment. Specialty services such as Hair Extensions and Vivid Color appointments are subject to a higher fee that will be discussed at your consultation.
