Do you have a cancellation policy?

As of Feb 1, 2024, a 50% charge of the service fee will be applied for cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment. In the case of a no-show, a 100% charge of the service fee will be incurred.
What if I'm running late for my appointment?

Please give us a call or text to let us know you are running late. Being 15 minutes late or more may require us to limit what we can offer you for your service or we may need to reschedule your appointment for another day. Please note that if we do have to reschedule, there will be a late cancellation fee of 50% of the service fee.

At Pin-Up Curls, we believe great hair, skin, and beauty experiences are even better when shared! Our Referral Program is designed to reward YOU for spreading the love and introducing your friends to our salon, spa, and boutique.
How It Works:

✅ Share your unique referral link (found in the app) with friends & family
✅ Your friend receives a $5 gift card to use on their first visit
✅ After their appointment, YOU get a $10 gift card toward your next service or boutique purchase
Program Details & Rules:

The referred guest must be a new client to Pin-Up Curls.

The $5 referral gift can be used toward any service or boutique purchase and can be combined with the $20 new guest offer.

Referral rewards cannot be redeemed for cash and must be used in the salon, spa, or boutique.

Referred guests must book and complete their appointment before the referrer’s reward is issued.

Referral rewards are issued through the Pin-Up Curls app and can be tracked there.

The $5 referral gift for the new guest expires 8 weeks after it is sent, so don’t wait to book!

Can I bring my kids to my appointment.
While we are very family friendly, our salon can be a dangerous environment for children. We have very hot tools and sharp items around the salon and we would hate for anyone to get hurt. Most importantly, we want to offer a relaxing experience to all of guests in including you. Your time at the salon should be your time to relax and treat yourself. We kindly ask you to not bring children to your appointments if possible.
Service Fee
Effective August 5, 2024, a 3.5% service fee will be added to all services to help maintain our high-quality standards. This fee will continue to provide you with the luxury experience you deserve despite the rising industry costs.
