Have you ever had a service provider that technically was great but you just didn't feel a connection? We want you to have a bond with your Curl, that's why we have a quiz you can take to match you to three of our Curls based on your needs and personalty type. The Pre-Visit

Once you have scheduled your appointment, you will receive a text confirmation with your appointment date and time. Please be aware we do have a 24 hour cancellation policy.  Should you need to cancel within  the 24 hour period, we kindly ask that you call the salon and speak to a member of our Guest Happiness Team. Online cancellations will not be accepted during this time frame. A 50% charge of the service fee will be applied for cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment. In the case of a no show, a 100% charge of the service fee will incurred. We know life can get busy therefore we will send you a confirmation text 5 days prior to your appointment, if you do not confirm your appointment, you will receive a curtesy confirmation phone call 2 business days prior to your appointment.


If you would like to send any pictures of your current hair or inspiration pictures to your Curl, you can DM them on instagram. All of our Curl's Instagram handles can be found under their pictures on the Meet Your Curl page.

The Consultation

Once you make your way inside, you'll be greeted by your Curl or a Partner working with your Curl. You will then be given a Salon tour. Next, we will sit down and talk about your beauty goals, wants, needs and price. Consultations are important and are done at every appointment so we can collect all the information we need to best SERVE YOU!

After The Goodbye

We want you to not only look great, we want you to leave feeling empowered and educated on how to recreate your look at home. At your appointment we will teach you how to style your hair or care for your nails and skin depending on your service. As professionals, we recommend the tools needed to create your look or the products needed to care for your hair, skin or nails at home. We always document our top 3 recommendations incase you need to purchase them on another day. No pressure! We believe if we touch it, we teach it!!!! It's our job to educate and it's up to you if you want to take anything home.


We want you to love your experience at Pin-Up Curls. If you have any problems after your service, please call us! If you purchase a product and discover it's not for you, we will refund or exchange it for another product up to 60 days from the original purchase.
