LET'S TALK EXTENSIONS

Extension Intake Form, Terms, & Conditions

  New Guests

  1. Complete the digital intake form.

  2. We will be in contact with you to book an in-person 30 minute consultation ($30 cost for this visit). 

  3. Pay a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit to reserve your installation appointment. This payment covers the cost of the extension hair, custom coloring on the extensions, materials, taxes, and shipping. The remaining balance will be due on the day of service. 

  The First Appointment Includes

Installation of 100% luxury human hair extensions.
Color for your natural hair, if needed 
Custom color on extension hair
Custom cut to blend

On the day of install, your stylist will go over at-home care and styling.

You may be required to book a color service for your natural hair as well. We will determine this at your first consultation. Any color services are booked a la carte for the standard charge. 

The final price will be determined during our consultation based on your desired result and chosen extension type.

HOW TO Start...

Maintenance Appointments for 

Perfectress Extensions

Your Stylist will need to see you every 6-8 weeks for:

                    

  • Extension reinstall or removal service. This is mandatory in order to avoid unnecessary damage to the natural hair and is also stated on your contract.

  • Color on the extension hair and your natural hair as needed.

  • Arrive with clean, dry hair for these visits. If you would like to book additional services, like a shampoo and style, we can do that for the standard charge for those services.

Maintenance Appointments for
Hand-Tied Extensions

Your Stylist will need to see you every 6-8 weeks for:     
 

  • Extension reinstall or removal service. This is mandatory in order to avoid unnecessary damage to the natural hair and is also stated on your contract.

  • Color on the extension hair and your natural hair as needed.

  • Your extensions are removed, followed with a relaxing shampoo in the lather lounge, reinstall, blow-dry, and style.

Long Term Expectations

  • Generally, you will invest in new extension hair every 3-12 months.

  • The longevity of hair varies based on how well you care for your extension hair on a daily basis.

  • Your stylist will suggest a haircare plan to increase longevity of your investment. *See "Caring for your Extensions at Home" on the Extensions homepage.
