Service Redos:

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a service, please contact us within two weeks of your appointment. We would love the opportunity to make it right! Fashion colors and vivid colors fade quickly and will not be considered for redos. Your stylist will provide aftercare recommendations to prolong your color.

 

Homecare & Boutique Returns:

• Homecare Returns → If you don’t love it, return or exchange it within 60 days of purchase.

• Clothing Returns → Can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

• Final Sale Items → No returns or exchanges on 50% off items, hats, jewelry, hair accessories, food, or worn clothing.
