Pin-Up Curls was founded in 2011 on friendship and belief — belief in each other, and belief that a salon could be more than just a place to get your hair done.
It could be a home. A family. A place to feel confident, supported, and empowered.
From day one, our mission has been simple: create an experience where every guest feels seen, valued, and cared for.

We believe in supporting our Fort Wayne community.
We believe work should be fun, inspiring, and full of life.
Giving back is part of who we are. Over the years, we’ve donated thousands of dollars to local and national causes — including raising $20,000 in 2022 for The Carriage House Fort Wayne to support mental health and recovery.
We are committed to continuing that mission as we grow.

Our Mission
Our mission at Pin-Up Curls is to provide every guest with premium quality service in a comfortable yet upbeat environment. Every guest will be treated to an image profile and mini style session to ensure guests can re-create their look; and maintain their services at home. We are an education driven salon with a Partner Program. We are all constantly learning! Pin-Up Curls is fun, upbeat, quirky but always professional. We are a family of hard-working professionals striving for excellence. When guests come to Pin-Up Curls; they will not only leave feeling and looking good, but they will also know how to re-create, manage, and care for their hair, skin and nails.
Our Vision
Our Vision at Pin-Up Curls is to grow as a salon. We want to provide a place for professionals to grow and flourish as professionals. To provide a platform that allows them to fulfill all their professional goals. We want to be an education center for other salons to come to and learn and can grow their salons which in turn grows our industry. We will always look for opportunities for growth in all areas of our industry.
