I've always had a passion for fashion, self care and health & wellness. Along with being a Curl, I am a health and fitness coach.

My goal is to help those who are seeking to change their lives for the better. I have been studying exercise and nutrition for the past five years and soon I will be a certified nutrition coach through The National Academy of Sports Medicine.

I'm a very positive person. The Curls nominated me for The Little Miss Sunshine Award. My goal is to make you feel great inside and out.
